條款與細則

注意事項

1-所有貨品一經訂購後，恕不能取消或更改。 

2- 貨品主要由日本代購，而且全部爲正貨，本店不設提供任何單據等給客戶。 

3- 由訂購至閣下到貨大約需時10-14個工作天。 

4- 萬一貨品供不應求或者缺貨，JPOPSTORE會100%退回全數。 

5- JPOPSTORE將不會為因運輸所引致貨品的問題作出負責，客人需明白及承擔運輸風險。

6-寄貨包裝前會仔細檢查商品有無瑕疵，商品生產過程中多少都會有線頭或者溢膠的情況此狀況不接受退換貨。

7-如訂購日本零食，到港後會有不同程度的損耗，外表上有機會出現不美觀。但絕對不影響食用。零食外表完美者請勿下單。

8-所有食品因衛生問題，貨品出門或一經開封後，不設任何形式換貨/退貨。

9-購買前請詳閱條款與細則，下單即表示同意。

✅ Terms & Conditions（English version）：

  1. Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not accepted.

  2. Most items are sourced via Japan proxy purchase and are 100% authentic. No receipts or purchase documents will be provided.

  3. Shipping time from order to delivery typically takes 10–14 business days.

  4. If the item is sold out or unavailable, JPOPSTORE will issue a full refund.

  5. JPOPSTORE is not responsible for any damage or delays during transit. Customers accept shipping risks upon checkout.

  6. All items are inspected before shipping. Minor imperfections such as loose threads or glue residue from manufacturing are not valid reasons for returns.

  7. Snacks may arrive with minor dents or deformation due to transit. This does not affect consumption. Please do not order if cosmetic condition is a concern.

  8. Due to hygiene concerns, no returns or exchanges on food items once shipped or opened.

  9. Placing an order indicates agreement with our shop policies and terms.
